With out fail they will then say the picture is real and that they are that woman. Even after I point out to them I have seen it used on a thousand other accounts.

Of course they then ask to chat on yahoo They don`t seem to understand that I know they are fake... So i send them a nice fake email to wast their time with.

RUnuts232@yahoo.com or something along that line. It always amazes me that they will always try to add the fake address and ask me why I am not online!

Anyhow take a nice close look at the pic and remember the face.. If you see it you are for sure talking with a faker.

You want to know why they want your ID?

Because they are going to try and do two things... One... Break into your yahoo account and two... Infect your computer with a viruses.

They will send you emails with links to websites that will try to infect your computer. Why... so they can use your computer to commit further crimes.

When you give them your yahoo ID you are telling them you are easily fooled. Right away they will add your name to a suckers list and give or sell it to other fraudsters.

Once they have your ID they will talk to you to get clues that they can use to guess your password to your email ID

They will also want your facebook ID and use that for the same thing... Looking for clues that make it easy to guess your password.

First look at the photo. If they look like a cheap movie star then more then likely its a fake account.

Some things to look for are... skimpy little outfits with seductive posses. Also look at the quality of the photograph. Most of them are using professionally made photos with high quality lighting no harsh shadows.

Next look at the profile. Here are some common things to look for.

1. Email address is posted right in the profile.

2. Very young woman that claim age and distance is no issue to them because they are looking for true love.

3. They claim to come from the USA, or UK etc but are now staying in places like Ghana, Nigeria, Senegal etc (this is completely ridiculous because most Americans don`t even know where these countries are).

They rarely talk in public. Instead they send you a private chat. Here are common things they will say and do.

1. Send an email right away with explanation that they have pics to send you or so that you can know them better.

2. They will ask for your yahoo ID claiming this system is to slow or that they are new and don`t know how to use it.

3. Some will tell you they have important information or business to discuss. Then they will tell you about large sums of money that they need your help getting.

Do not give them your email or other ID`s this is what they are on here to get.

Now here is the biggest tip in can give you... Be honest with `YOUR SELF` do hot horny women approach you in your real life??? then why do you think they will on here?

As the webmaster here i can tell you as soon as one of these trolls posts a hot sexy picture... The guys on here flock to talk to them like sheep being led to slaughter. So before you go rushing off to cyber sex chat these babes keep one thing in mind... chances are your talking to a guy who is posing as a women.

The answer to that is YOU CAN`T. The only thing you can do is make this place as crappy for them as they are making it for everyone else.

These people are after one thing. `Your Money`... Plain and simple. Don`t give it to them!!! But for fun and to make their life as miserable as you can, pretend that you will.

Here is what I do when dealing with them... They are all the same and not very smart. They will all ask you for your yahoo ID or some other ID. I Just make up one up and give it to them or better yet give them the ID of the last scammer that contacted me!

Mess with their heads a bit tell them your online waiting for them. Stuff like that. After you have messed with them for a little while BLOCK them and report them.

That`s all there is to it. In my mind these people are easy to spot but for those new online you may need some highlighting of the basic things to look for.

Here is the tip... DO NOT use your real email for your facebook account. Make a hotmail, gmail... or what ever mail you like and use that for your facebook account. Do NOT use that email for any other reason. Along with this measure do NOT user your `normal` password for your facebook account either.

Here is why.

1. When you give someone your real email address they can use it to find out who you are on facebook. All they have to do is add you to their email contact list and ask facebook to do a friend search and bingo there you are.

2. If you use your real email and password on facebook and someone either hacks your account or an employee with access to to facebooks database can then use the same email and address to access your email account.

Once they access to your main email account they can use it to retrieve your passwords for your other online accounts... Like your banking and credit cards. You get the idea.

Now I single out facebook here but the same logic applies to other sites you choose to be a member of that use email as registration. You need to have an email account that is used just for that purpose.

Now here is one final and the most powerful tip of all. If you realy want to protect your self from facebook the best thing to do is delete your account now and never create another account with them again. If your lucky the disks that they stored your info on will be hit be lightning and destroyed because we all know facebook won`t delete it.

Apparently my brilliant idea was not so original a thought... IDirect.com was gone along with InterCity.com, InterDirect.com, cityDirect.com and just about anything you could imagine with the words direct or city.

Plan B infoDirect.com.. gone. info2000! gone. I was getting desperate! finally inf2000.com popped up as available. I immediately grabbed it thinking it would be gone in seconds.

So I had my first domain name registered. Not exactly what I had hoped for. Inf2000.com sounded kind of lame but it would have to do.

The other main problem I could see was that nothing was being organized in terms of where websites were operating from and what they were there for.

So my first big Idea was to make a great directory, one that was regional and well organized. I came up with the name InterCity Directories. All I needed to do was register a domain IDirect.com I thought would be perfect.

That was my first lesson on how unoriginal my thinking really was...

No problem sets up facebook account using real name as per instructions (so your friends can find you of course)... excellent. Load pictures hook up with old friends.. done.

Now Ms NoStalkersPlease is single and hoping to find that special soul mate kind of guy to round off her life. So off to the dating sites... set up profile keeping name private of course to protect you identity naturaly. Lots of creeps out there you know.

Enter the villain posing as gentle soulmate seeker on dating site but really lurking is axe swinging stalker. Incognito of course I mean stalkers like their privacy too you know.

Because Ms NSP wants to meet someone local she is willing to say at least what city she lives in. That`s not saying much I mean nobody knows her real name so should be ok.

Here`s what happens.. after chatting a bit with gentle soulmate seeker MS NSP decides to take things to the next level and sends him her msn address so they can chat a bit... Of course she doesn`t use her real name in her hotmail address that would be foolish so all is fine.

Now what do you think happens next??? Mr Stalker Incognito takes hotmail address to facebook uses the address for a friend invitation and BLAM facebook tells him who she is... Now isn`t that dandy.

Next thing you know Jason is over for tea... And that for sure is why facebook is evil!

He showed me his homepage and how you could just click on a link and get a network connection to another computer with the click of a mouse. I thought, this is what I do! I`m going to be make a fortune writing software on the internet!

We all know what happened to Netscape and I must say my dreams of fortune has since suffered a similar fate. Those were the good old days when a computer virus would just destroy your files! Now the same thing can send you to jail for something you never even knew was there!

What the heck went wrong! In 15 years the Internet has turn into complete cesspool.. Don`t believe me? just open an ftp server on your system and see how quickly your disk drives fill up with the logs of password cracking programs trying to break it!

It`s not that I am against hard work... I just would rather build something of my own and reap the financial rewards rather then toil in some IT shop for what may or may not be a decent wage.

So I quit my job! Really I just wanted to move to Vancouver and thought I would just get another job or do some contracting. But then the Internet happend. Well maybe it was Netscape that happened and I discovered the Internet.
